As you are reading this (if this has gone up when it’s supposed to) I will be away on a little family holiday. So, to go with the theme of holidays I thought it would be appropraite to post up a look inside my travel makeup bag, so you can see what I decided to bring with me. Considering the weather is hopefully going to be sunny I’m choosing to bring a minimal (ish) amount so I’m not sweating off a face caked in makeup everyday.
Face Base wise I’m bring the Body Shop All-In-One BB cream as it is extremely lightweight yet still provides a good amount of coverage. Im also pairing this with my favourite Collection Lasting Perfection concealer.
Also for my face I’ve popped in the Porefessional primer by Benefit which is perfect for around my nose, a miniature Highbeam also by Benefit, and the Too Faced Milk Chocolate Soleil bronzer which not only smells of summer but gives a gorgeous summery glow!
For skincare essentials it will be no surprise that I’m bringing the eye and face moisturiser from the Vitamin E Body Shop range. I’m also pairing these with my new favourite facial mist from Rodial.
To give my cheeks a summery glow I’ve popped in my favourite blusher from Clarins beauty range.
Lastly, lip wise, I’m bringing 5 of my favourite lip products which are Kat Von D’s everlasting liquid lipstick in Lovesick, Sleek’s Matte Me lip cream in Birthday Suit, Primark’s new beauty range Plump lipgloss in Nude, Mac’s Velvet Teddy and last but not least Nip & Fab matte liquid lipstick in Marshmallow.
I am als0 bringing my Morphe 35K palette but I didn’t attempt to try and fit it inside this makeup bag. If you like the cactus print makeup bag you can find it here.
So, that’s all I’m bringing with me, I hope I haven’t forgotten anything and I’ll be back with another post soon when I’m home!
Omg this makeup bag is soooo cute ! I need it in my life (might have to make a sneaky order later). Lovely post xx
isn’t it just amazing!? xx
I do love the Matte Me lipsticks from Sleek! I need to try Body Shop’s BB cream though! I wish Benefit wasn’t so expensive 🙁

I’d really recommend picking up the Body Shop BB cream, it also might be worth checking out the miniature Benefit sized products as they are often much less expensive. I picked up a few sets from boots containing 3 mini benefit products for only £10! x
Your pictures are fantastic! I am so jealous! And you have all the essentials! I don’t put on makeup at work so i don’t take anything on holiday but this post will be super useful for kirsty! xx corinne
