My acrylic makeup drawers are probably one of my best beauty investments. Not only do they look great on display, they are an extremely affordable and a great way to save space too.

I picked my set up from Amazon a short while back for around £12, which was an amazing deal compared to very similar yet more expensive drawers.  It’s the perfect fit to my vanity table and houses everything I need it to, including some of my perfumes on top. Now on to what’s inside.

The first drawer from the top stores most of my everyday products. There are a few body shop BB creams, my NYX powder and my eyebrow kit to name a few. I’ve also included a few samples in with that drawer. Occasionally in the morning, i’ll lift this whole drawer out and take it to my mirror to do my makeup, it’s like a tray of everything I need!

The following drawer holds the majority of my most used lip products. Some of my favourites amongst this collection are the Soap & Glory gloss sticks and the Too Faced Melted liquid lipsticks. It’s a great way to store lip products and super easy to see the colour selection without of rummaging around.

The 3rd drawer down, and probably the least exciting of the three, holds some foundations. From left to right is the No7 Intelligent Colour foundation, the Max Factor Face Finity foundation, the Max Factor Lasting Performance foundation, the Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation and lastly the Maybelline fit me foundation, a new favourite of mine.

Finally, the bottom drawer stores a selection of new products I have yet to test and try out. I recently picked up a few beauty bits from Primark that I can’t wait to put to the test after hearing so mnay great things about them. I also have a few Benefit bits as well as a Body Shop eyeshadow that I picked up for just £1!

That’s all for my acrylic makeup storage for now, although I am forever changing what I keep inside so there may be an updated post soon. Obviously it isn’t just makeup you can store in them too, you can get really creative with them. I know that Zoe uses them to hold coloured pens and I’ve seen them used for nail polishes too. They really are so versatile!
