There’s nothing quite like a red lipstick paired with a thick scarf and golden eyes on an autumnal morning, or any morning for that matter, because a red lip is my favourite statement to rock all year round. So, now that we’ve reach the Autumn portion of the year, I’ve been applying my favourite red lippies daily, to give me that extra pop of colour as they days get darker.

As you can probably already tell from the glittery pumpkins and apples, I’m very excited for the upcoming months and can’t wait to share with you the 6 red lip products I’ll be wearing throughout Autumn.

Firstly, to keep my lips in top condition I’ve been continuously applying the Red Lip Tint edition of Vaseline. I believe this was limited edition so I’m not sure if it’s still in stock, however, this is truly a godsend after a full day of drying matte lipsticks or for a more subtle pop of red.

Moving on to berry reds, the Stila Liquid Lipstick in Bacca is a gorgeous, deep red shade with a slight purple tint, and believe me when I say this does not budge all day! Although if you are after a true raspberry red then look no further than the Max Colour Elixir in Floral Ruby, it’s bold and beautiful!

When it comes to glosses, the Tanya Burr Lip Glosses are my perfect pair in Aphrodite, and Berry Picking are my perfect pair. Not only do they have the yummiest, sweet smell but they aren’t too sticky, leaving me safe on all the many windy days.

Lastly, from Ciate, I have one of my favourite shades in an adorable, handbag perfect size. It’s orange undertones get me all the more excited for Halloween with every application. It may be small but it’s one of my favourites out the lot!

I’d love to know what your favourite red is?

  1. Oohhhh I haven’t tried any of these! I completely agree, a red lip is such a classic autumn go to look! I absolutely love MAC ‘Ruby Woo’ and only got it a couple of weeks ago – I can’t believe I hadn’t tried it sooner! Would definitely recommend! x

  2. I’m always lusting over Ruby Woo when I see it on others, it’s such a staple amongst the MAC lippies. I’ll need to see if I can swatch one next time I’m in x
